Coursework

Coursework is highly based on Fluid Mechanics and the various Problems of Transfer in addition to:

• Mechanics
• Thermics
• Energetics
• Computer science

It is one of the most in-depth programs in France.

Professional Opportunities

Hydraulics and environmental engineering (community water service, hydraulic renovation/refurbishing, basin management).
As well as those fields where transfers involving the movement of fluids come into play: Aeronautical and space industries, automobiles, naval hydrodynamics, nuclear and petroleum energy, turbomachines, and combustion.

Research Master's

Beside the three year course, the training in hydraulic and fluid mechanics also includes two research master's.During their third year, students in hydraulics can inscribe themselves in one of the following research master's:

• Fluid dynamics, energy and transfers
• Hydrology, hydrochemistry, soil and environment.
